We will only send you alerts if a property matching your profile choices is listed.
No, you do not have to contact us to change your preferences. You should have received an SMS and email with a link to your profile page when you registered as a buyer and those links will still work. However, we realise people delete emails and SMSs so just let us know you need it resending and we’ll send it by SMS and email again.
Everything is done through the same link – just click ‘Stop Property Alerts’ to stop receiving alerts or change your choices. Don’t forget to hit ‘Update Preferences’ once you’ve made your changes.
