David is a hands on CEO with vast experience in property trading, development and letting with a solution focused outlook. During a 20 year career with a property portfolio worth millions, he has developed a professional network in every area of property sales and management which he puts to good use by organising practical options where problem exist and mediating between buyers and sellers to ensure more than 95% of all sales complete in 56 days or less!
Ben Rafferty – Customer Liaison Manager
Ben is the first point of contact for National Residential clients. National Residential have multiple selling options – each with their own advantages and costs. Ben and his team take the time to understand a seller’s circumstances and priorities so they can explain the National Residential processes and present options to give our sellers the best possible levels of customer care. They answer questions and research recent sales of similar properties in the area to estimate achievable sales targets and agree reserve prices.
Chris Tague – Listing Manager
Once an achievable target range and valuation is agreed, Chris manages our listings and a team of contractors to make sure property is presented at its best and advertised as wide as possible (locally and nationally). They arrange services and certificates, collect legal information, generate viewings and ensure buyers have all the information they need to see a property’s potential and make informed decisions and/or choices.
Tom Bates – Sales Manager
Tom manages the sales team, liaising closely with sellers throughout the sales process until the whole sale process is complete and keys are exchanged. They supports buyers through the process to get the best price and/or fastest sale for our sellers and they solve problems limiting seller choices*.
*We are confident that no other estate agent does as much as Tom and his team to solve and problems our sellers have (relating to their circumstances or their property) that could affect their options to sell their property for the best price. Using National Residential resources secured against the sale, they can pay off debt to stop an eviction and buy more time, extend short leases, negotiate with tenants to sell with vacant possession and lots more.
Rachel Davies – Compliance Manager & Customer Services Manager
Rachel ensures the whole team are kept up to date with any legislation changes and all our options are industry compliant. She answers customer enquiries and generally ensures our clients receive the very best service possible.
