David Coughlin, CEO of The Online National Residential Estate Agency and Landlord Sales Agency, is a self-made landlord managing his own portfolio and tenancies for over 20 years through all types of market conditions and legislations. He has diversified his portfolio and tenancy type throughout this time and regularly reviews his portfolio for potential improvement on invesment returns.

He developed the strategy Landlord Sales Agency uses for their clients, which enables them to buy and sell property quickly while avoiding tenant disputes and/or empty properties, in order to replace low yielding properties with better performing properties.

Addressing the needs of tenants to ensure their cooperation and avoiding costly legal proceedings is central to the strategy. He is co-founder of the National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB) and is regulalrly invited to speak at conferences and webinars on the best practice methods to buy and sell property.
