* Our sellers want a fast, secured sale and most are willing to accept offers below estate agents’ valuations to sell in the time frames they set or have available. Our auction properties typically start with a lower reserve but sell for a higher price while our Buy It Now properties are priced to sell fastest. Our objective is to obtain the very best price possible for the seller from a chain-free buyer who is willing to pay a deposit. Buyers can submit bids and/or offers through online bidding, local estate agent and/or by phone.
To secure the sale for our sellers, both methods of sale require buyers to pay a deposit (1% subject to a minimum £2500) as soon as an offer is accepted or the online auction ends and all other bids/offers are considered. The deposit is non refundable* and forms part of the overall price. It is NOT an extra cost.
We also require buyers to complete within 56 days or risk losing the deposit. There are instances where this can be extended to 180 days but this must be agreed in advance – please refer to our Online Bidding Terms and Conditions for clarification on these and all other terms.
