Our sellers want a fast, secured sale and most are willing to accept offers below estate agents’ valuations to sell in the time frames they set or have available. Our objective is to generate the best offer possible from a chain-free buyer .
To secure the sale for our sellers, buyers to pay a deposit (2% subject to a minimum £5000) as soon as an offer is accepted or the online auction ends and all other bids/offers are considered.
The deposit is non refundable* and forms part of the overall price. It is NOT an extra cost.
We also require buyers to complete within 56 days or risk losing the deposit. There are instances where this can be extended to 12 months but this must be agreed in advance.
